Peter Ulcin
Business psychologist, leadership expert and author
Peter works at the intersection of psychology, leadership and organisational development. His perspective has been shaped by leading learning, leadership development and capability building from within international businesses.
His corporate experience spans ŠKODA AUTO, HOME CREDIT International and EmbedIT, Kingspan CEME and Rohlik Group. Working inside these organisations has given him a close view of how leadership is practised in different industries, cultures and stages of organisational change.
He translates research into practical questions that help leaders understand people, context, power, change and the consequences of their choices.
Peter is the author of two books published by Grada and 35 professional articles on leadership, power, talent, artificial intelligence, learning and the psychology of work. His current work, How Leadership Works, brings together classical and contemporary leadership research with lessons from more than two decades of professional practice.
